EDIT: Just checked the Lead Impact site, around 21.00 GMT, and service has been resumed. Still no explanation of what the cock up was about though, which is just poor customer service in my opinion. I don't want to sound smug, but jeez am I glad I'd only got around $50 left in my Lead Impact account and didn't have it linked to my credit card to automatically top-up.
